POLICIES AND SPECIAL CHARGES:
All advertising must be paid in advance until credit has been established and approved. Terms: Net 10th of the month. A finance charge of 1 1/2 percent will be added monthly on balances over 30 days. No position is sold for any advertisement. Requests honored when possible. News stories and free notices do not accompany any advertisement. The publisher will not be responsible for purely typographical errors or misprints beyond cancellation of charge of the space of the item affected. Advertising measuring over 19 1/2 inches will be charged full column depth of 21 1/2 inches. The Times assumes no responsibility for error in any advertisement for more than the cost of the advertisement.
